    Default Rudy's new yard

Been awhile since I've been on the forum....it's been a whirlwind past 4 weeks.
At the beginning of August we looked at a house....made an offer...offer accepted....moving began!!!
Before we could move into the new house, it had to be fenced (3 Aussies & Rudy..very necessary) and we moved from a rural area closer into the city of Walla Walla....big changes!!!
Smaller home, smaller yard...lots of new sights & sounds & scents

It took Rudy all of 30 seconds to find the weak spot in the fencing...we had neglected to fence in the deck on the front porch, where he could easily jump onto & off of the property!!

Finally got that taken care of, and now he & the others can sit & watch the activity!

Interested in knowing how the dogs adapt to the new place.

Pippa loves her daily routines. Whenever we are on vacation, she seems anxious and clueless.

A little bit worried about what will happen when we have to move to a different house in the next couple of years...

mike....Rudy seems to be adapting very well....our 4 y/o BC/Aussie mix is having the more difficult time...he's a very needy guy...and has been very clingy & nervous...but slowly coming around.

Rudy seems to understand that if he barks, he gets to come back inside the house...if he's quiet...well he can watch the whole world go about it's activities! Other dogs walking past are too much for him & he has to make his presence known! But he will now remain watchful as people go past jogging, walking & cars & motorcycles whizzing by!

we never brought them over to the new place until we were ready to stay here full time, spent a full week at home, no going out to eat & if we did, they came with us. We haven't gone for a walk yet, as I'm looking for the proper spot to walk them.

all in all I'd say they are adapting well...and we are trying to as well!!!

Beautiful green yard for them to enjoy. I just got a $131 water /sewer/trash pickup bill (usually $69) trying to kept our yard green. Princess Jewel likes to go out after she eats supper and roll in the grass and then lay out there "reading the paper" on the breeze.
