    Default Another addition

Not sure where my mental reasoning has gone...but it seems gone!!

Meet Vixen (remember, I do Christmas names for my dogs)
she's 9 weeks old....full of curiosity, shark teeth & cuddles

Rudy the Pyr let her know right away that his thing is not puppies...and she's respecting that fact
Angel the Aussie, is being the best "mom" she can be at her age...teaching the new one the rules & manners
Dasher the Border Collie, Aussie, Hound mix wanted nothing to do with her the first day...ran away from her, growled at her....today is day 3...they are out playing...guess he realized finally that this could be a fun girl to have around!

Thank you all....I still think I have a mental screw loose!!!!

She is named appropriately.....she does have energy!! And I don't believe I have ever heard an 8-9 week old puppy growl & bark at her toys like this one.....she has her sweet moments....and it really helps to have senior dogs around to help train her.

Yes, Jewel, she's an Aussie...and she may be the same size as Angel, which is a very good size.

Rudy will growl at her now..and she rolls over in submission....she learned that lesson fast!
Angel is actually teaching me! I watch how Angel deals with Vixen getting too excited...she freezes...no eye contact, no reaction...and Vixen settles down!!!
Dasher is finally figuring out that she is fun to play with...as long as he keeps moving & away from the shark teeth!

This is so making me want to get Pippa a brother... But I'm not going to lie, I don't miss the first couple of months after I got her. It felt like an eternity to have her potty trained.
