    keep her on the thin side, it will be better for her as she matures...

    There is no reason at all to worry about her size. Feed her normally and she will catch up to the size her genes intended her to be. There have been a few members with pups that came down with parvo at a very young age. The parvo slowed down the pup's growth but once they recovered, they all eventually grew into their "proper" size. So even if Lucy suffered from malnutrition before you got her, with you feeding her a good quality food, she will catch up in due course.
