He's so very polite at asking!!

Ren hasn't been to the dog park in weeks. Yesterday it was 102 at 8 p.m. and right now, at 6 p.m., it's 108. Tomorrow is supposed to get to 110. Texas is hot, but this is more like Sister Antonia's Arizona desert hot!! I take Ren out for his morning walk at 6 a.m. and that's the only exercise he gets now. As soon as the sun is fully up, all outdoor activities are out of the question. We went to agility class on Monday and it was 94 at 9 p.m. It's insane even for Texas.

Yep! All activities around here have to happen before 5:30 a.m. After that, it's all nap time in mommy's room where the scenery usually looks something like this...

OMGosh Jewel I couldn't imagine a class at 9pm and it being still over 100!!, I would be so miserable, I grew up in Harrogate in North Yorkshire and I still feel like an alien in temps over 78...

Antonia that upside down sleep seems to be the favorite position in this heat LOL, It seems like your quarters are like playing hopscotch to move around the pups all day... Agility skill practice for Mom

The heat was just unbearable here in Denver also...
Zech will come up on the bed at night and sleep in the AC upside down on the bed on top of me... I can be so hot I scream if covers end up on me but Zech lays on me and I'm happy and sleep better....LOL
We so love this boy, He's just over 14months and a VERY good boy... Life's been really busy and he keeps up with us everyday... I took these just 15 minutes ago so I can share some current pictures... He is maturing... slowly LOL he is so serious about everything until he goes goofball GRIN I don't want to miss a minute with him....

Your little man does have that serious look down pat

Ren is not that much older than Zech and I can't believe he's almost two... can't refer to him as "puppy" anymore...
He looks all big boy now, but then there are moments where he still comes up with the baby expression...

Pippa has the same monkey! Or should I say "had" because it's ripped apart now

Ren's monkey was a gift from his Aunt M. She told me ahead of time that she wanted to get him a gift. I warned her to only get something that she wouldn't be upset over when he eventually disembowles it.

I noticed a tear at the seams on monkey's face today... only a matter of time...
