Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show today

Most of you probably already know this...but for those who don't yet...
the WKC Dog Show starts today on CNBC, 5 PM Pacific time and will
continue tomorrow night on USA channel...

tonight is Hound, Toy, Sporting & Herding
tomorrow is the Sporting, Working (go Pyr's!) and Terrier...
then the best in show.

hubby already knows I am intensely focused on the screen while
the show is on, particularly when the Herding & Working groups are on....
so he does dinner & clean up these 2 nights...at least I think he does!

Sporting isn't today....I thought it was Hound, Toy, Non-Sporting (Go Shar Peis!) and Herding.

So the Pyr who won best of breed is from a Facebook friend so I am really rooting for him.

oh well, no win for the Pyr...but that may be a good thing...
they may look cute & cuddly as puppies...but as we all find
out...they are not a dog for first time dog owners!!

As much as I liked the Pyr that Leonberger stole the show trying to steal the treats out of the handlers pocket.

Yeah that Leonberger stole the show. Honestly my favorite dogs on the dog show tend to be the ones that well act like dogs and that's exactly what that Leonberger did.
