My favorite is #7, Ch Monark Abbeyroads Molly Malone. She's the 4th in the lineup, with the female handler in the light (yellowish) color suit.

I think the Pyr we will be seeing tonight in the Working group will be Beren, still a good looking guy!

Beren did win and so we will be seeing him in the big ring. Someone on my facebook friends list breeds pyrs and Beren is the brother to one of her dogs so she is excited.

Well, Beren did not show very well in group. For BIS I was pulling for the German wirehaired pointer. Although I thought that the little monkey faced dog was showing with a lot of attitude, so I can live the the result

I personally didn't like the Affenpincher personally. If it were me I would have went with the Old English Sheepdog personally. Then again none of my favorites made the cut. I won't lie I fell in love with that Tibetan Mastiff...I loved his fro.

I have to admit, while I was pulling for the Pyr, I really wanted to reach into the tv and snuggle up to that Saint.
I really wanted the standard poodle to win Non-Sporting, but feel like she did not show well in the group ring. I didn't get to watch any of the breed judging.
Sebastian was not impressed. He just wanted to play.

My sister and I were at pier 94 for the Pyr judging yesterday. After checking out all the Pyrs being groomed I kept coming back to Beren. While I was talking to his handler I was absentmindedly rubbing Beren's ears and every time I stopped I would get a gentle paw to the chest. That was a real crowd pleaser. I didn't mention to any of the spectators that was just a Pyr thing. I probably ended up in a lot of photos. As a matter of fact my sister and I can be seen in the video. I'm wearing the white sweatshirt to the left of the pole. In talking to the handler I found out that Benen and Lance have the same blood lines. (probably why I was so attracted to him ) and that this was Beren's last show. He would have to send Beren home. Dave said of all the dogs he has handled over the years, this one he would miss the most. He really loved him and Beren slept in his bed every night. Now lets see if I have any luck posting a picture I Took of him .
