My fathers dogs had 6 puppies and I took 1 about 2 monthes ago. I have a female. Now I have the rest of the dogs here to help him get rid of them. I am going to keep 1 more. I only have females left. Will 2 females be ok together being that they are sisters or will I have problems now that they have been apart for a while? I am just wondering if sisters usually fight or not.

some females get along fine with each other, others do not. If one of them is really dominant, you may have problems, if not, you may be ok

ok, I guess I would think that since they are sisters and have been together fot the first 4 months things would be ok. They have only been apart for 1.5 months. I guess we have to see.

what strikes me really strange here is that Charmin has 5 puppies that she has to "get rid" of - not a very nice choice of words really, however, I'm posting from Ontario, Canada, and I PAID $1,800.00 for my female Pyr puppy - WOW - I hope someone knows how lucky they are to get a free Pyr  :o

Well, "gid rid of" probably still means "sell", but if they're not selling quickly, it can seem like a burdon caring for that many puppies for an extended time.

Hi PTV
re Charmin's post - she is not selling them, she is giving them away - she posted that in an earlier forum - before you were around I guess.

I guess get rid of is a bad choice of words, but my dad had 4 adult and 5 puppies that were eating way to much. He just needed to get rid of them in a nice way. He was trying to sell them but no luck. I said I would help. I will have good homes for all come friday. The last 2 are going to new homes on friday. I am keeping another. So, I will have 2. Sisters! Anyway the people that came to get the male fell in love right away. Free is a good price for any good dog. Even pure pyrs.
