I want a puppy.

I live in Lexington KY. Can anyone tell me the closest place to me to get a Pyr pup. If it is a great distance from me (3 or 4 hours) or so, I have heard of shipping puppies, how does that work? And am I taking a huge risk in not seeing the parents? Or can that be delt with long distance?

If you contact a reputable breeder, they will usually be glad to send you out an information pack on the parents as well as the pedigree information. If you are willing to have one shipped to you, it would be a good thing to look into breeders nationally and contact a few and make a list and then choose the best one out of the list, that would give you a better chance at finding the right breeder and right dog than looking for one locally.
