Not getting email notifications

I'm not getting any email notifications from the forum since I signed up last week. I've got my account and a couple of threads setup with Instant notification and from what I can see I've never gotten one. Nothing shows up in my spam folder and nothing in the ole' inbox. Any suggestions as to what might be going on here?

When I first joined I got a whole bunch of them but, now not so much. Make sure you have everything set up to get notifications cause sometimes one no throws it off.
