I am off off work and on disability for a couple months. A friend of mine sent me a link for a "pyr mix" puppy. I was stupid and left her pic on my desktop. When the wife saw it, she said "we gotta go look, we can't let a puppy like her be put down!". SO I'M off to the shelter in the a.m. "But she's sooo cute" she says. But, the wife's right she's adorable

Whoa! What a cutie! Do you have any idea what she's mixed with? Those dashing blue eyes! How old is she?

I know nothing ather than she's supposed to be a pyr mix and my local pound has her as a stray. she came up for adoption or euthanasia on the 9th. If Im not mistaken, they have a 3 day quarentine then the dogs are available for 7 then put down. Some lucky few, get the second chance of a rescue or sponcer. Judging from the pics I'd say she's a real youngin maybe 2-3 months.

Planning on being there at 11 a.m. when they open and already have the call on the answering machine. With today being Veterens Day the place was shut up tight. The wife trusts me, if I like her, Chris will take a lunch and bring the check book. After all, she lives with the last two I picked out.

I'm glad I'll have another person to compare puppy quandaries with! Post tons of pictures when you can!

Well, no to the new puppy. I turned out to be #4 on the list, and #3 took her. If anything else changes I am the first call.... :( :(

Aww! Well at least you can feel good knowing that she went to a home and has a good future ahead instead of what would have happened at the shelter.
