I've tried to post a pic of my pyr (Nika) several times but it doesn't show up. Also, I can't seem to view anyone else's pics either.

What am I doing wrong?

Lisa

make sure you are logged on (Will say so onn the right if you are or not), click on the folder you want to post photos in and click on the upload photo link and fill in all the blanks and browse your PC for the photo

It appears it worked, I just had it set to validate images and did not know it, there were some in there that I did not know about so they are on ther enow and so are yours

I have not been able to post a picture of my Pyr. I sign in, click on the folder but when I try to click on upload nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

You should get a new page where you can browse for a photo file, name it, etc. I clicked upload on the "Great Pyrenees Pet Photos" page and it seemed to work.

vin63 - That's funny, looks just like the way our male and female behave together: lying down peacefully or chasing/playfighting like nuts.

Hey Darrin. Yep, they wrestle and play chase, and then crash next to each other. The female also likes to have a paw or her head on our Yellow Lab when she's sleeping if the male Pyr gets too hot.

How do you post a pic of your GP that pops up under your name? What are the steps. Why is it not easier to do? CaribouHunter

Hey Risestar i post my pictures in the Gallery but nobody ever gets to see them itd be great if there was an easy way to have a large picture of your choice that show up under every one of your post

To get it to show up under your name, click 'user cp' on the left hand side, then click 'edit avatar' then upload a picture that's small (80x80 or smaller, I believe)

I think what he did was put the html tag for the pic under his signature but I could be wrong... I'll Play.

I'm experimenting to see what I can "upload"....

Okay, this is what I did.....After hitting "post reply", scroll down below the posting box to the "additional options" section. There I clicked on attach files "manage attachments". I clicked on "browse" and "uploaded" pictures from my computer pictures file and when I hit submit for my post, the picture showed up in my post. Does that make sense to anyone????

Here's a pic of the poor boy the evenning we rescued him. Pre bath before vet and all. NOTE: this is actually the good side. The ear has some hair and you cant see the pressure sores on his elbows.

Yes please, Kate! Your Queenie has a gorgeous coat! What a beautiful beautiful pyr! I'm gonna head over to the grooming section to find out what shampoo you use!

I'll pass all the compliments on to "her royal highness"....Thanks. She does need a good grooming and a bath right about now. I'm going to post a few more recent photos....and like yours, Pyrdad....my girl also had no fur on her elbows and was extrememly thin when I rescued her. She had been clipped here and there to remove a lot of matted areas as well. She definitely doesn't look like the same dog now!

It appears that my picture "file" is now too large to upload. Not sure why today but not yesterday but I will work on it.

I guess I have to resize most of Queenie's pictures in order to "attach" to my posts. It might take some time to accomplish....but will give it a shot.

That's my Little Missy at 7 months old. She is a mix of a Great Pyrenees and a Bernese Mountain Dog.
